This policy explains how Lana Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information across this website and the apps we publish on the App Store: Nora, Ayna, Avocabo.
Information we collect
We do not require an account to use our apps, and we do not ask for your name, address, or phone number. Depending on the app, we may process the following:
- Photos you choose to upload. Apps that generate images from a selfie process that photo solely to produce your result. We do not use your photos to train models, and we do not sell or share them.
- Purchase records. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred, never your payment details.
- Anonymous usage and crash data. Aggregated, non-identifying diagnostics that tell us which features are used and where the app is failing.
How we use it
We use this information only to deliver the feature you requested, maintain your subscription, fix defects, and improve the app. We do not use personal information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Retention
Photos submitted for processing are deleted from our systems once your result has been generated and delivered. Anonymous diagnostics are kept only as long as they remain useful for debugging.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@lanalabsllc.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also revoke an app’s access to your photos at any time in the iOS Settings app, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
